the government has devised yet another plan to scare the public back into submission.
vials of a dangerous and potentially fatal virus called venezuelan equine encephalitis have magically disappeared from a lab in maryland. this is a virus that causes sickness in horses and can be passed onto humans through mosquitos. once contracted, humans experience flu-like symptoms and is fatal in about 1 percent of cases.
"mosquitos" & "flu-like symptoms"-the key words in any government, biological conspiracy, remember that.
now the good news: there is an effective vaccine for the virus and there hasn't been an "outbreak" in the "united states" since "1971".
